At Saola Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable footwear. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack the Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original eco-friendly packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
